All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace

Adam Curtis is becoming a bit of a hero of mine. I love his style of documentary film making, and with his access to the BBC archives he digs out some very interesting programmes. He has an uncanny knack of connecting topics that were filmed 40 odd years ago with present day news stories – check his website for an excellent, and quite funny, film on Hells Angels and Skinhead gangs in the late 60s.

If you haven’t seen his documentary All Watched Over By Machines Of Loving Grace, then check all three episodes out on You Tube. (unfortunately a couple of them aren’t full length) They are fascinating! He uses great music in his documentaries too.
